All you need is an Internet
connection and a supported browser to use our services. With Clariys
requirements definition and management tool, you can be up and running
immediately. Currently, we support Internet Explorer 7 and higher, Firefox 3 and
higher, and Chrome 2 and higher. Additionally, application requires that
browsers have enabled JavaScript and Flash.

We take all reasonable
precautions to keep your information safe and secure.
Data -All data
is backed up daily, weekly and monthly. Plus, we believe strongly that your data
belongs to you. For that reason, we provide the ability for you to export all of
the data you've entered in a simple CSV (Excel), RTF (Word) and PDF
formats.
SSL Encryption
- We encrypt all information you enter before it is sent to our servers. Once
you are logged into the application and ready to view or enter data, you can
see the 'https' at the beginning of URL and the closed lock in the browser
status bar. This is the same technology (called secure socket layer) used by
banks and by reputable e-commerce companies.

We maintain best practices on the
backend to ensure your account remains secure.
- Our application is user name and
password protected and password is stored in an encrypted
format.
- We monitor sessions to restrict
access of your account appropriately, and have constructed
Clariys in a way that every account is isolated.
- Safeguards are in place to try and
detect common attacks such as SQL injection and cross site
scripting.
- Most
importantly, we actively review our code for potential
security and based on user feedback, so that we can address any issues as quickly as they arise.

application is hosted and professionally managed by Rackspace, a recognized leader in high-end hosting.

Billing
Information -Your billing
information is always protected. All credit card transactions are processed
using secure 128-bit encryption the same level of encryption used by reputable
